Karl Friedl is the Vice President of Operations for our Connecticut branch with over 34 years of experience in the construction industry. He was promoted from a project manager from within United Property Restoration Services. Karl has experience in construction management and owners representation with a specialization in retail development and re-development of shopping centers, retail fit outs, vanilla boxes, turnkey spaces, big box chains, and mom and pops.
Karl has a Massachusetts unrestricted building license since 2013 and has also completed OSHA 30 safety training. He is also a CT Notary and an award-winning photographer.
